Virtual Vitality Parent Café

Vitality Parent Cafés are based on the Be Strong Families Parent Café model. Vitality Cafés promote peer-to-peer learning and deep individual self-reflection. At Vitality Cafés, participants have meaningful, guided conversations about how to use the vitality domains to assist them with charting their own path towards holistic wellness. The structure provided by the Vitality Café Agreements ensures a safe environment for participants to build life skills and explore their challenges and opportunities.
